(TSX VENTURE:TLT) is pleased to announce that it has closed a previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 1,180,000 units (the "Units") at a price of Cdn. $0.625 per Unit for gross proceeds of Cdn. $737,500.
